What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Pennsylvania and love hitting the road for celebrations across the region. If you’re a little farther out, no worries — a small travel fee may apply.
Do you require a minimum number of guests?
Nope! Whether it’s an intimate brunch for 20 or a wedding for 300, we’ll size our setup to fit your crowd.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your date 3-6 months ahead, especially during wedding season. Last-minute events? Reach out — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Are you insured?
Yes — we’re fully insured with general and liquor liability coverage so you can sip stress-free.
Mobile Bar
Do you provide the alcohol?
Because of Pennsylvania law, the host provides the alcohol. We handle everything else — bartending, mixers, garnishes, ice, and all the fun touches that make your bar feel complete.
Can you create custom cocktails?
Absolutely! We love crafting signature drinks that match your theme, color palette, or favorite flavors.
Do you serve non-alcoholic options?
Yes — we can build out a mocktail menu, add flavored lemonades, sodas, or infused waters so everyone has something special in their glass.
How does setup and cleanup work?
It’s all on us. We’ll arrive early, set up, serve, and break everything down at the end of the night so you can enjoy the party.

What coffee drinks do you serve?
Think signature cold brew - plus seasonal favorites like pumpkin spice or peppermint mocha. Espresso classics,+ iced lattes also available upon request.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Of course! We keep oat and almond milk on hand, plus sugar-free syrups for guests with dietary preferences.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
Usually yes — but if your venue doesn’t have it, let’s chat. We have portable solutions for off-grid events.
Logistics
How much space do you need?
Both our bar and coffee setups are compact. A 15x10 ft flat space is perfect, indoors or out.
How long does setup/takedown take?
Setup takes about 45–60 minutes. Once the party’s over, we’ll be packed up in roughly 30 minutes.
Do you travel outside Pennsylvania?
Yes! Mileage fees may apply depending on distance.
Pricing & Booking
How do I get a quote?
Easy — just fill out our contact form with your event details. We’ll email you a custom package that fits your vision. We expect to flex, mix and match until you are satisfied. Call or email us with any questions or modification requests.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 10% (or $250) non-refundable deposit secures your date on our calendar.
Do you charge travel fees?
Events within our main service area are included. Travel outside that range may have a small mileage fee.
